We understand that plans can change, so we try to be as flexible as possible. We also recommend that clients get travel insurance. 

For non-elite week/non-holiday bookings made 4 to 13 months in advance, we require a 50% deposit of the rental rate to be sent to us by money order or bank transfer within 7 days of the reservation. You will be able to confirm with Member Services that the reservation has been made in your name before payment is sent.  The balance is due  95 days before travel.  If you need to cancel or modify more than 95 days in advance, we can cancel and either retain 25% of the deposit or transfer the entire deposit to a future rental with us. If you have to cancel less than 95 days before travel, there will be no refund offered.

We may be able to accommodate last-minute bookings within our cancellation window. We need to receive full payment within 24 hours of booking, and there would be no cancellations.

Submit an inquiry form on our website or contact us with your preferred dates, destination, and party size. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours and will confirm availability and rental cost. Once the reservation has been confirmed with Vidanta, we will email you payment instructions. Within 24 hours of payment, we will transfer the reservation to your name, and send you your updated confirmation slip for the resort and the Vidanta Luxxe Estates guide, complete with all the information you need for your stay.

Holiday weeks at Grand Luxxe and The Estates book out 9-12 months in advance, and the resort is 100% booked for 2026/2027 Christmas and New Year’s weeks.
